Childbirth Education Class is designed to help you feel informed, empowered, and confident as you prepare for labor, birth, and the early postpartum journey. Whether this is your first baby or your next chapter, this class meets you where you are—offering clear, supportive education without overwhelm.

We walk through what to expect in a way that feels real and practical, not intimidating or overly clinical. You’ll learn how to understand your options, advocate for your preferences, and feel more grounded in the choices ahead of you.

This class includes guidance on:

• Understanding labor progression and the stages of birth

• Exploring your options for pain relief, interventions, and natural coping techniques

  • Don't rely on the "I will be getting an epidural." as an out, they do not always provide a total pain relief. 

• Navigating visitor and support person involvement in a way that protects your peace

• Setting realistic expectations for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery

  • This is to include Vaginal or Cesarean Deliveries
    

• Creating a personalized Birth Plan Outline that reflects your values, preferences, and priorities

The included Birth Plan Outline helps you organize your thoughts clearly so your care team can easily understand your wishes while still keeping flexibility for the unexpected.
